Digital Sales Manager

  • $3,500 Sign-on Bonus

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Media Sales and Sales Leadership experience, digital media sales preferred with demonstrated success in leadership and goal attainment
  • Ability to coach the sales team individually and lead group training
  • Skilled communicator to present internally to sales team and to clients one on one or in a group setting
  • Proven experience in B2B digital sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of digital products and digital marketing with a keen understanding of and experience with building holistic digital strategies that create measurable business results for clients
  • Understanding of marketing and strategy for a customized solutions-based sales approach
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive growth and create value for clients, particularly SMBs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, decision-makers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • What you’ll do:

    As the Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for B2B sales of website + digital marketing products and services to new clients, while working closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive outstanding service and results.

    • Generate leads and create new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events and tradeshows
    • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their digital marketing needs and presenting solutions
    • Conduct consultations and demos with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and how our products and services can help them achieve those goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing solutions for clients
    • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance and recommend adjustments as necessary
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas

Helpdesk Manager

  • TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENT: A DOCSIS 3.1 capable modem, a broadband connection rated at least 1 Gbps Down/500Mbps up, and Windows 10 or later workstation connect via wired ethernet are required for bandwidth and security considerations. Wifi and cellular hotspot connections are not recommended due to a lack of guaranteed security and bandwidth.
  • TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENT: A company-provided VPN appliance must be connected between workstation and cable modem at all times for security and provisioning. It is stongly recommended that a dedicated, separate broadband connection be utilised if one already exists in the workspace. Routine monitoring and testing of connection integrity is conducted to assure client SLA's for availability and reliability.

  • This is a hybrid position- 80% remote with estimated 20% NORAM travel
  • Pay is $26.50 per hour when remote, $31.50 when on-site

Requirements
  • Prior experience managing equipment fleet implementations.
  • A+ Certification.
  • Software / Server experience.
  • Experience with printers and multifunctional devices on Local Area Networks.

How We Set You Up for Success:

  • You will have access to all the support staff and tools from suppliers to manage the day-to-day operations of the client's equipment and software.
  • Must complete and adhere to our customer's standards for annual Compliance training. This training is scheduled in advance and typically requires approximately 8-20 hours to complete and covers such topics as Genoa security, HIPAA rules, workplace ethics, code of conduct and other related topics.
  • You will be equipped with mobile devices that will alert them to a service call or request for support to be dispatched from our Call Center.
  • After implementation, supplier will collaborate with our client on a continual basis to review the Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator job duties and provide recommendations for improvement based on advanced technology tools for delivery and transparency of services in real time.
Responsibilities
  • desktop and application support for our sales and phone support teams
  • support is for primarily Windows Server 2022, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN, Firewall and security, and proprietary ntrospect CRM
  • Monitors all facets of the equipment fleet program to ensure that our client's performance standards are maintained, and contracted service levels are consistently met.
  • Engages our client and/or third-party resources to anticipate and prevent problems, as well as to remedy problems as they occur.
  • Acts as a supporting interface to all client locations for management of performance issues.
  • Monitors the parts and supplies procurement and distribution program, as well as an onsite inventory of key parts and supply items, including waste toner bottles.
  • Monitors Call / Support Center activity to ensure service response requirements are met and that parts arrive in support of dispatched service technicians at the appropriate place and time.
  • Coordinates and tracks equipment moves, removals, and installations.
  • Manages the collection of periodic meter readings, including review and validation.
  • The Helpdesk / On-Site Administrator will work closely with our customer to integrate with the chosen helpdesk ticketing platform.
  • Proactively manages proper configuration including set-up of consistent workflow scanning settings for all locations. For example, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Media Access Control (MAC) Address.
  • Proactively manages firmware version prior to installation of new and swapped multifunctional devices to ensure ease of implementation. Maintains / updates the Supplier Fleet Management databases and generates / distributes appropriate periodic reports.
  • Acts as an advocate for the client in all matters concerning the fleet and provides analysis, reporting and other support as required.
