More than 2 decades ago, our organization started as a reaction to changes our founders saw taking shape across Germany and all of Europe. While the internet was creating never before seen financial opportunities, it was also rendering long standing business practices not just obsolete, but also harmful to growth and longevity.  To most benefit from the seismic changes in the marketplace required not only embracing positive emerging technologies, but also managing the inevitable missteps.

It was the latter process, mitigating the hazards, that first led our founders to realize that the surest way to succeed was not to focus on trends, technologies, or even profits. The key was people. Empowered individuals, trusted with the autonomy to make nimble and meaningful decisions, and supported with the right resources was then, and remains now, far more inportant than an impressive masthead, prestigious address, or big name executives.

It is with that spirit that we undertake our newest challenge, the decentralized approach to service delivery. After the challenges created during the worst of the covid crisis, a new paradigm emerged for not only the connected marketplace, but also the digital workplace as well.
